Salesforce is our tool of choice. Compared to other CRM’s, it is extremely predictable and you have to discipline your entire team on how to use it. We have professional people dedicated to managing it.
For email marketing, we use HubSpot--it is a marketing automation software that helps manage all of the activity that would be otherwise managed by several systems. It is easy to use, has very good customer support and we are confident that it can grow with us.
We are graduating to NetSuite from QuickBooks. I believe that it had to do with working internationally. NetSuite has a more flexible way to deal with different currencies.
For invoices ChikPea integrates with NetSuite and Salesforce to bring together and organize data set.
We have recently gone through a great performance evaluation through BambooHR. It is quite new for us, but we had 90% of the company participate. BambooHR has a flexible framework, where one can input its own style. When I login, I can see my entire team, I can see the updated titles, the days they are off etc.
Slack is our global office. It is just an extraordinary tool that allows us to seamlessly work across countries. It guarantees us business continuity, and brings the company culture to the next level. It is a great way to get work done.
Egencia is a great tool. We arrange and manage all our travels with it. Every time that a developer has to meet with a client in person, sometimes they stay for a month at a time for the products that are building. It allows us to set best practices, organize people and drive expense analytics.
We are very active users of Trello. Along with Slack it is a key tool for us, so much that we rewrote the lyrics of the “Black and Yellow” song to Slack and Trello. We track OKR in Trello as well as our personal to-do lists.
