We are happy with Salesforce. Prior to that, we were using excel sheets so it’s a big improvement. Salesforce is reliable and we know that it will grow with us. With Salesforce, we can set up automation based on where a customer is within our opportunity pipeline.
Braintree is good. The setup requires an engineer--it is not as easy as Stripe. They provide our business. Nightclubs experience the most fraud of any brick and mortar business, so Braintree helps us look good by being ready to combat fraud and chargebacks for us. They are always on the cutting edge with payment and integration.
We use Smooch, and it’s pretty awesome. With it, we have a concierge component. Smooch powers our concierge platform. You can build a chat from the ground up on top of Smooch but we use it for in-app chat. One amazing feature is that, while within a chat, our concierge can drop a link to another purchase option. It really helps with conversion.
We are satisfied with MailChimp. The simple tools and tracking help engage our most important customers in different geographies. But, I feel it is a bit pricey for what you get.
We really like Yesware as it helps our sales team track the engagement of our prospective customers. It is integrated with Salesforce too.
