Within our admin console, we use Mixpanel, which helps us understand where logged in users spend time and what parts of the app they use.
BrightFunnel is great for marketing funnel analytics. It feeds off of our Salesforce data and provides more data and analytics for our marketing team particularly around pipeline.
Zendesk not only powers all our support, but it’s also where we keep our knowledge base. Zendesk has made it really easy to scale our support organization. It allows us to get a lot of efficiency from that part of the business, and their analytics are also very useful.
We use Splash for all our events and because it’s so easy and requires little or no specialized abilities, we use it for certain customer email marketing campaigns. It’s an awesome tool and it complements Marketo very well.
We use Sequoia for benefits and healthcare administration.
BetterWorks is a goal management solution. This is a new tool for us, so we can’t wait to get it rolling. We’re excited about being able to take goal management out of Google Drive!
Glint gauges employee satisfaction; the management team loves it. It gives us a regular pulse of our company. It’s been a terrific tool for us.
Greenhouse has been great! It makes it really easy for hiring managers to look at analytics and which parts of our processes are working or not working. Greenhouse has been a big advancement for hiring talent, for sure.
We use a lot of JIRA. Our services, product, and engineering teams all use it.
Our marketing team is using Trello, and it’s been really good for us. The user interface for Trello is very easy to use to collaborate across boards; we can manage one board in Trello and other teams can access it.
