HubSpot has been working fine for us so far.
We run our website on Contentful. We use it as a cross between a CMS and a custom build, with Contentful behind it all, and it’s been really great. Everything I hear from my team about Contentful is all thumbs up, and they’re really happy with it. It gives us a lot of flexibility with how things are presented, and it’s a simple system to manage.We used to use WordPress, and it was pretty awful.
We currently use Zendesk, but I don’t know if we’ll use it forever. It’s been good for us to get up and running, but we want more of a case management system, and something a little more holistic, so we’re looking into alternatives.
Intacct has an API that lets us stream data from our system directly to Intacct, which is crucial for us since we have unbelievably complex data. We were on QuickBooks before, and it was fine, but we wanted to switch to a system we knew we could go public on, and we felt Intacct was that system.
Everyone loves Slack, and we haven’t experienced any big downsides with using them. When the sales team makes a sale, a notification pops up in that Slack channel. We also have Slack integrated with Airbrake, so errors show up in Slack, and when we commit code on GitHub, those show up in Slack as well.
We use Google Sheets for goal tracking, and to track metrics like OKRs.
I use Trello to track 1:1s with people, and a lot of our teams have their own boards. People really love Trello, and the app is awesome. It’s very easy to edit anything via the app.
