It’s pretty simple and intuitive. It’s not as complex as Salesforce. They're straightforward when it comes to customizing and integrating with other services. I used it at a previous company, which is another reason why we’re using it.
We chose MailChimp because it was simple and we have it integrated with our CRM--so those were key drivers. We may stay with it, but we’ve heard from other people that use Marketo that they like it, so we may look into Marketo.
All of our coding that our broker does goes through Limelight Health. Before companies look to give benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, vision and life insurance) from the 1.5 million brokers, (including those competing with companies like Zenefits, TriNet or Gusto), they need to run around and ask for quotes to find the best options for their employees. We provide a SaaS based platform that allows an HR person at a company to work with their broker to figure out the best option for the employee.
We use BambooHR for onboarding. It has the most robust HR functionality. The fact that it's not integrated with our payroll system, Gusto, was a downside, so we worked on integrating them together with Limelight Health.
EaseCentral is what our employees use to enroll in our benefits. We’ve looked at Zenefits and some other systems, but they didn’t solve everything that we were looking for. Zenefits was also a direct competitor for most of our clients. We like EaseCentral and chose them as a partner because they were trying to solve the same problems we had, so we work with them and have an integration with them.
Hootsuite is our main social media management platform. Now that it integrates with all the social streams, it's a big win and makes it really easy. They’re the most robust out of all the other systems.
