We use Asana for project management on a daily basis. We assign tasks, and it integrates with Zapier and Google Calendar.
We use Trello to communicate with our designers--it is easier than Asana.
We post our jobs on Built in Chicago and we take the candidates through our process using Unbounce. We are looking for very specific skills, but we get a lot of people that are very qualified but do not fit the requirements.
