For press contacts, we use Agile CRM. The only downside is that does not have a good ticketing CRM system. It is more like an open chat and things can look chaotic.

We looked for best solution at the best price. The best price is “free” if you can find it! We’ve played with GetBase, Pipedrive, Zoho, and HubSpot CRM. We like Agile CRM because one of our customers found it and loved it. Now we recommend it to our customers. It’s great that they are a CRM that does email automation. It’s very useful for any web based business. We love it so much we integrate with our base product, and have already developed an API to do that.

We’ve been using Agile CRM for the past 6 months. It's a combo of CRM and email automation. We’ve been through several CRMs, and so far Agile fits the bill. It tracks everything. We can set specific trigger events and follow-up campaigns, and I can generate the form on Agile and embed it on the website. So, when someone fills out the form to book a demo or talk to us, they are in our CRM database and we can easily respond. It puts a lot of those lead-to-prospect-to-sales data points in our database and automates them.
