The Base CRM pricing model is difficult to understand in the beginning; you have to look through the app itself to understand which features are unlocked on which pricing tier. We tested several CRMs but this one was the only one that had all the built-in features we needed and we did not have to install any extensions or develop plugins. It is not hard to change steps in the customer journey. It also allows us to assign contracts to different team members. The dashboard has a really useful overview that tells us how much money we have on outstanding leads. As our sales funnel is somewhat more complex than in a usual B2B startup, adaptability was an important issue for us. The one thing we would wish for is for direct integration possibilities with Trello.

I really like Base! We didn’t need a CRM before we built our back-end system for delivery orders. But since we are also doing wholesale orders right now, it makes sense for our sales team to use a CRM. We just finished the integration with our backend so things push together very well and are in sync. One thing I would like to have is webhooks, so when actions happen, it automatically communicates with our back end.
