For mobile apps we use Localytics--it’s free for smaller apps. Only if you grow a lot do they start charging. It has a nice interface and covers all the basics.

We keep all customer information in Localytics, along with stats and analytics. It’s great because we can target customers based on different types of actions, and Localytics also offers good marketing automation.

How much does Localytics cost?

Localytics has two plans, one of which includes marketing and analytics features, and the other provides only analytics. Both plans start out free and scale with the number of monthly active users in your app. For example, up to 10,000 users are free, while 25,000 users will cost $200 a month for analytics and $400 a month for both analytics and marketing. 50,000 users cost $350 a month for analytics and $700 a month for both analytics and marketing, and so on.
