Sketch is great for design. It allows you to create mock-ups to improve your UI/UX experiences.

Our designer uses InVision to share his mocks with engineers, and he uses Sketch for his designs. He converted from Adobe Creative Cloud.

Sketch came along and redid Photoshop by making it easier for the layperson. Our designers use Sketch, but I’m still more familiar with UXPin. Sketch is better for layering and coloring—UXPin got a little clunky on this front with their latest design. If I was starting over, I would be a Sketch user, but I don’t participate in the operational aspect of design as much as I used too.
