About The Talk
When you’re building your product, finding your first engineers and developers will be one of the hardest things you’ll do as a startup founder. It takes a lot of time, effort, and some luck to really find the best talent that will help you grow your startup.
But ultimately, how you hire is going to be the most important factor in what makes your startup successful or not.
Join us as we discuss this and more with Yotam Hadass, VP of Engineering at Electric, an IT solutions startup used by companies like Resy, Boxed, and Mercari. We’ll cover what it takes to build an engineering team from 1, to 10, to 30+ and how you can:
Know what types of technical talent you need and which to prioritize
Source candidates and conducting technical interviews
Manage your engineering team
Decide whether an outsourcing partner would make sense for your product
