About The Talk
On May 1st we’ll be speaking with Chaitenya Razdan, Co-Founder & CEO of Care+Wear. Chait will walk us through the product development principles Care+Wear has honed over the years to craft healthtech products that have changed millions of lives. We’ll discuss how they run research and testing with both end-users and medical industry experts – as well as how they interface with manufacturers and designers to incorporate latest trends, technologies and designs.

Chaitenya Razdan (“Chat”) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Care+Wear. He is a proud University of Virginia alum with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business who spent time as a strategy consultant at Kearney and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Nicknamed “Smiley” in middle school basketball camp, he has tried to bring a smile wherever he goes. A die-hard Baltimore fan, he continues to cheer for the Orioles and Ravens and can often be found running up the West Side Highway in the mornings. In his spare time, he helps to plan his class reunions for UVA and Booth and serves on young alumni boards for UVA. Chat has been named one of the 100 most intriguing entrepreneurs by Goldman Sachs, one of the Rising Stars by Becker’s Healthcare and has spoken at various events and conferences such as the Aspen Ideas Festival, Association for Vascular Access and Oncology Nursing Society. He and Care+Wear have been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company, Huffington Post, ABC and NPR among other media outlets.
