Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at Airtable
Shani Taylor is the Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at Airtable. Prior to this, she worked as a VC Investment Associate at Cross Culture Ventures gaining experience in early stage consumer and enterprise-oriented funds. She has also held positions as a Digital Strategist at ICF International, a consulting firm based in the Washington metropolitan area and as a Project Director at MMG, a health communication firm within the Ketchum/Omnicom network. Shani is a recent graduate from Northwestern University’s MMM Program (dual MBA from Kellogg and MS in Design Innovation from the Segal Design Institute). She also holds a Master of Health Science degree in Health Communication from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University.
