Jessica is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Work-Bench, where she focuses on investments in future of work and teams. Jessica is passionate about growing and supporting women in enterprise tech, launching our Navigate Women in Enterprise Tech Summit and our Founders of Enterprise Startups (Who Are Women) Database.
Prior to Work-Bench, Jessica was a Learning and Development Manager at Cisco Systems, where she worked with the Engineering organization on Agile transformation, innovation and culture.
Jessica is actively involved with the education and workforce development community in New York City, as a longtime adult GED educator and as chair of the Industry Advisory Board at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow.
Jessica received a B.A. from Harvard University in Government and African Studies, where she developed Harvard’s first aspirational design and experiential education summer fellowship program in Cape Town, South Africa & Paris, France.

Karen D. Weeks is a strategic partner whose drive is to help companies build and scale their culture to meet their business goals and help people find their career passions. Her passion is around talent development, organizational effectiveness, individual career development, and helping teams through change. Currently, Karen is the VP of People at Ordergroove and was named one of the 2020 Notable Women in Talent by Crain’s New York Business. Karen is also a career coach, a speaker, and the published author of “Setting the Stage: A Guide to Preparing for Any Feedback Conversation”.. Karen’s academic credentials include an MS from Villanova University and a BA from Elon University. She lives in NYC with her husband and furry babies.
Founder & CEO of Fibrick
Ramona Cedeno is a CPA and CGMA with over 15 years of experience as a Financial Controller for large (Fortune 500), pre-IPO start-ups and small companies, with a track record of successfully devising and deploying innovative strategies that enhance operational and financial performance. Ramona earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Baruch College, a Master’s in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and member of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA.
