About The Talk
If you’re thinking about coming to this talk then you’re smart enough to know that “build it and they will come” is not an effective strategy for attracting customers to your startup. But if a million go-to-market checklists can be found on the internet, why do so many product announcements fall flat? Two words: reactive marketing.
Founders and product leaders need to think beyond Minimum Viable Product and instead build the Minimum Marketable Product. They need to craft a compelling product story when the problem is defined rather than waiting until the solution is built. By identifying your announcement story at the beginning, you can build and announce a product that truly resonates with your audience.
To learn more about early-stage marketing and product launches, we’re excited to chat with Raechel Lambert, Founder of The Founder’s Marketing Playbook. Before becoming a consultant for B2B SaaS startups, Raechel was a product marketer at Intercom where she brought Help Center Articles and Operator Bot to market.
We’re going to discuss best practices and tactics early-stage founders can utilize to have a successful product launch.
