About The Talk
It has become much more common now to see many startups and larger-scale companies become completely distributed. Even before the pandemic, many entrepreneurs saw the benefits in having a distributed team: a diversified talent pool, a labor cost advantage, and reduced overhead (no need to rent office space).
However, for many who are not used to leading a completely remote, distributed team, you’ll find yourself facing many challenges when it comes to hiring processes, employee onboarding, and company culture.
We’re excited to dive into all this with Sara Marzitelli, VP of People at Common, the nation’s leading residential brand offering convenience and community through coliving and traditional apartments.
Join us as we discuss best practices for remote hiring and onboarding!
