Erin Gouveia is Hive’s Vice President of Customer Success. She joined Hive from Publicis in 2017 when she realized that Hive was the tool that her teams had long been looking for. Since joining in 2017, she’s scaled the customer success function from seed-stage to a post-series A. Prior to joining Hive, Erin held positions in project management and production at both agencies, design firms and with the City of New York.
