About The Talk
Intellectual property (IP) is one of the most important assets of your startup – but many founders find themselves confused when it comes to determining what you should patent, trademark or copyright.
It could also be challenging to know what protections your IP gives you, or deal with attacks from others claiming your product infringes on their IP.
To learn more about what you need to know around intellectual property, we’re excited to chat with Andrea Hence Evans, owner of The Law Firm of Andrea Hence Evans, where she specializes in intellectual property law.
We’ll discuss how you can protect your IP assets, challenges you may face when it comes to your IP, and other things you need to know!
