Google Analytics is where we capture most of our analytics data for both the site and software. We can get information about who is downloading and installing our software, among other things.
With Bitly, it’s purely high level web site activity, i.e. how many people are coming to get our app and from where (which countries).
Flurry helps track within the app itself.
We use Skype because a lot of our investors are around the world. We also use it to interview prospective hires. It is not that good of a product. In the future, I think Slack will make it irrelevant in the Enterprise.
We use Slack internally. It manages the group dynamic very well. It takes care of all the groups that we have for each product. I really love Slack. It’s incredible that it started as a side project and now it’s a multi-million dollar business.
We sometimes communicate with GChat because it is very quick. It’s right there on the email.
We have a pretty huge Facebook group. When we started, we had zero infrastructure, so we created this group to communicate with our clients and it boomed. Now, we use it for customer support and also to do initial launches before full release.
