Salesforce is efficient and we like the new interface. It's very complex, but same as Pardot, once you learn to use it, it's very colorful. It takes time in the beginning to make sure you are tracking the right things and getting the right reports, but once you are done it's very nice.
Slack is amazing, and they are customers of Concord so we like them a lot! It’s integrated with our own software, JIRA, and Intercom.
Pardot is complex but it's very good. Once you learn how to use it, it’s very colorful. There was definitely a learning curve, but they have a good learning center to get you up to speed. There was lot of experimenting in the beginning; it took us about one month to really get it up and running.
