We use Google Analytics for BI. You get a lot of data, but sometimes it can be too heavy on the data. The big advantages of Google Analytics are that it’s free, commonplace, and everyone knows about it.
We use Reactful, but more in the conversion rate optimization space, and less for analytics.
We use Base, and it’s good for sales. It’s quick and cheap, but one downside is that it’s not as good for customer success after the sale. We’re moving to Salesforce next week, so we’ll see how that compares to Base.
We use Braintree, and it does what it does well. It doesn’t have a great interface on the backend, so you have to study it and you definitely need developer help to get it set up. But once it’s up and running, it does what it says it’ll do.
Comeet is an Israeli company that is really blowing up right now. It’s a really slick tool that has a much better UI and product feel than its competitors. They’re a younger company, so they’re less feature-rich at this point, especially if you want to customize anything, but the overall experience is better than with others.
