We keep all customer information in Localytics, along with stats and analytics. It’s great because we can target customers based on different types of actions, and Localytics also offers good marketing automation.
MailChimp is pretty good, and I haven’t had any problems with it. One possible downside for using them is a downside for your subscribers: there’s a double opt-out for unsubscribing, and some people don’t realize that.
Bench is awesome. We love this company. A huge advantage of using Bench is that you do not need any accounting experience to get started. They give you an accountant on a monthly basis, and the accountant does all the hard work for you!
We tried using Asana and Trello together, but we’ve made the decision to move back to only using Asana. Asana makes it very easy for teams to talk, comment, send pictures, and have really interactive conversations about bugs and new features, etc. You can do that in Slack too, but you’re more likely to forget about a conversation later on if you have it in Slack.
