We use SimilarWeb for competitive analysis. I think their competitor numbers are grossly underreported, but it’s the best solution I’ve been able to find.

Google Analytics is great. You just need to know how to set it up.
I like Pipedrive a lot. I tried Streak, but it was cumbersome, and difficult to use. And Streak is not great for actually managing contacts. When I set up Pipedrive, it seriously changed my life because it was so much better than Streak!
We use MailChimp. Sometimes people think the emails are spam, but compared to others, it’s the best you can get. I’ve seen people skin MailChimp and it seems to work to get around the spam issue.
Basecamp is still free for us, which is a huge positive for using it. One of my data scientists insisted on using it, and it’s been fine. But I don’t think it’s that great, and I don’t see why it’s better than any other project management tool. It also seems redundant to use Basecamp at times, because we’re often having the same conversations on Slack and email that we have in Basecamp.
