The CRM market is funny because data can be so easily switched over to another CRM. I like Airtable and Highrise but Base had a free trial and that was a good cost. We’re going to have to upgrade and decide what we want to use in the long term.
We’re using Slack for general conversation between mentors and founders. But we’re building our own chat bot. If you’re a founder and you have an idea, you might not know what to do with it. We want to eliminate the barrier to starting a company i.e. How do I get started and build into the process?
We have been writing a lot of content. Our own native content preview. We can sell it and companies can replace it with their own content and white label which makes it interesting for them.
I’ve used Basecamp and dapulse in the past. We might use a different one for this project and use Asana for everyone else. It is great because you can integrate technical stuff. We liked the way Asana worked because it integrated well with the product we’re building and it integrates with tech development stuff. It helps us with building out different parts of our own tech and product.
