We also use ChartMogul which is great for SaaS analytics. It connects with Stripe and converts everything into data.
We use Kissmetrics for more nuanced or detailed analytics. We had it from the start because some members had used it previously. So far it has not failed us.
Google Analytics is a great tool. It allows you to easily drop in snippets of code and it is scalable. It does what it is meant to do. We get about 80% of our analytics from there.
We use Close.io to track outbound and inbound sales. It takes care of the process before someone becomes a customer. Close.io is fantastic because it has all of the integrated pieces we need. For example, we can make phone calls directly from the system. It is a one stop hub for client communication.
Slack is fun. Even though it might be distracting, it is also a way to keep everyone on the same page. We have a good time sharing GIFs or adding automatic messages that keep everyone engaged.
Our blog is hosted on WordPress. I like WordPress because it is very scalable and easy to use. There is a management trade off between things that are built in-house and things that do not require dev resources. WordPress is a great compromise because anyone can upload and maintain content.
Intercom is an integral part of our business. The fact that from one centralized place we can stay on top of all our customer needs is amazing. Great customer service is the key to our success.
We use Intercom to send out transactional emails to our existing customers. I just love it. In many ways, Intercom is an integral part of Travefy--it’s where all customer communication happens.
MailChimp is our marketing list, where we can send out newsletters to all our subscribers. We have no issues with it--it’s a great product. For our existing customers, we go through Intercom because it is better for segmentation.
