Mixpanel works great--their predictive capabilities have helped us identify more leads and target people that were ready to buy. If you add your Mixpanel credentials to Intercom, you have all the users automatically created in Intercom and can use the properties to trigger Intercom actions.

It’s great to edit in real time, collaborate and share our thoughts. We can use scripts in Google Sheets and extract data from the API, which allows us to keep automated sheets to track growth and other KPIs.
We use Stripe for payments under $1,000/mo. For bigger projects, we ask for wire transfers as Stripe could get too expensive. Stripe and Intercom work very well together. This allows us to send thank you emails after payment. Or if the credit card is not working we can trigger a debt collection email. This is very helpful when you have thousands of users.
Workep integrates well with Google Suite. You can see all of your files, you can link projects and link it to calendar, email, drive, and contacts. The interface is very clean. You can track internal and external projects and share them.
