Photoshop is the most important one, which we use for all the visuals we make. I hate boring presentations and boring text where there’s no visuals. It’s a rule I have that every slide and powerpoint and every page and paper should have a visual on it. If it's a statistical chart, fine, but if we don’t have one just choose an image from a collection of a whole bunch of little visuals that we can use and then modify them to match the content.

We send GIFs in our marketing emails, and customers always write in asking how we made the GIFs. Our designer makes them by hand in Photoshop.
