We just use email right now. We were on Zendesk, but it didn’t make sense for the quantity of tickets we were getting. It was easier to manage the scale of the business in email.

We used to use something we built ourself. But we stopped. We do dip into it every so often for enterprise deals. As Intercom started doing more and more, copying out became more of a hassle than it’s worth, so we stopped using our platform. But for more enterprise deals and that don’t fit into self-serve SaaS cycle and take a bit longer to close, I dip into the old system to keep track of those leads.
