We use a service called Enchant for our customer ticketing platform. It’s really lightweight. We started using it because it was super cheap, especially compared with something like Zendesk. But now we have many more users, and I’m sure we’ll want something more heavy duty in the next couple of months. But we have no complaints with Enchant – it’s superior to just using an email inbox because it allows us to assign tickets to different representatives. What it does, it does well, and it’s super simple to use.
