Intercom allows us to email people who have dropped our service with MailChimp. We like Intercom’s on-site chat and on-demand communications. We did try to use it as more of an analytics collector, but that didn’t work. In general we love it and use it alongside FrontApp for SMS communications.

Front is a shared inbox. Everyone gets in there and writes support tickets. I really like Front, and we just added an integration into it. It prioritizes emails from big, important accounts so they get noticed quicker. Their plug-in API is also very nice to work with.
