GetResponse seems a bit less intuitive than MailChimp and SendGrid in terms of figuring out how to create lists, upload subscribers, or create new segments within a list. We’ve had to upload different segments for the same list for campaigns, whereas MailChimp and SendGrid made it easier to duplicate segments and campaigns. But we just started using GetResponse, so we may adjust to it as we gain a little more experience with it.

GetResponse is fine; it’s really good for beginners. They use older-style HTML templates, so if you’re tech-savvy, this can get annoying.

We like GetResponse because they’re more flexible than MailChimp in terms of how you import contacts. MailChimp is very strict with imported contacts.

GetResponse is very user-friendly. You don't need a tech background to use it and can send emails to anyone you want. They also openly track everything, which is important for us.
