Gorgias is good. We went through a couple of tools and Gorgias has better customization capability. If you send out an email, it is formatted just as a regular email.

We use Gorgias.io for automating templates throughout our team so everyone is relaying the same message and the same voice. What happens is that you iterate the same message and the team starts to understand what specific things are being answered or selling.

We use our own helpdesk, Gorgias.io, to handle emails and customer service. When a customer request comes in, we aggregate all the customer data from Stripe and our own back-office next to their message. Then, Gorgias suggests a list of macros to respond to the message. Those macros can contain actions, for example, we have a “refund last payment macro” that automatically performs the action in Stripe.
