UberConference is good for calls, but it's not great for screen sharing. It can be fine if it's just a couple of people but if you're doing webinar stuff, we’ve found GoToMeeting to be better. Again, it’s hard in a highly-regulated industry. For internal IM’ing, we use Slack which we’ve been quite happy with.

We use GoToMeeting. It is not the best, but it is a good platform.

GoToMeeting is great--it works every time.

We use GoToMeeting for large conferences.

We also use GoToMeeting; it is not the best tool and we are looking to move on to something else, such as join.me.
Co-founder & CEO - Qordoba
GoToMeeting is used for any customer-facing phone calls. We also use it for any calls with large groups (calls with 5 or more people), especially ones that involve video calls and screenshares.
Co-founder & CEO - PowerToFly
We use GoToMeeting for our meetings.
Co-founder & CEO - Rollout.io
We use GoToMeeting for webinars, but we also use them as a cost-effective way to get conference call lines since you don’t have to pay by the minute and can set them up as recurring numbers that more or less can be used at any time for a client. I’m not sure that’s how they would want us to use them, but it works really well for conference lines!
Co-founder & CEO - Sociality Squared
GoToMeeting is more expensive than Fuze, especially for webinars, but it’s the standard, so I use it if a client prefers it.
Founder & CEO - Writing It Right For You
For screensharing and video conferencing, we use GotoMeeting, which is very reliable, but not cost-effective for a small team--it’s $50 per month. We also use UberConference--it’s a free service that allows for voice or video conference and recording.
Director of Operations - Inxent, Inc.
For internal and external meetings, we also use GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar. We have tried every meeting platform under the sun, but we chose GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar because they were the best for cutting down on echo on calls, and lag time on screenshares. WebEx consistently had problems with lag while screensharing, and screensharing is huge for us. We conduct all of our onboarding sessions with new customers via screenshares.
