We are using Highrise HQ. It has a Google Mail plug-in, so our sales people do not need to import the contacts and I can easily see what new ones are created. It saves the sales team a lot of time to be able to create contacts automatically. It’s also really affordable: $8-9 per user. They have a bunch of integrations--you can connect them with pretty much anything. It also integrates with Zapier.

Highrise is a great tool some of us at MailClark are using to individually manage contacts and tasks, but it won’t become our team CRM.

We use HighriseHQ as a light contact management database.

Ppedrive is simple. I used to use 37Signals' Highrise product and this is similarly simple. We do not have any dedicated sales people at the moment, which is is why we do not need anything too complicated. Down the road, we might need to upgrade.

Highrise was great for seed stage, but Salesforce became necessary at Series A. Highrise was super light weight and took no training. We had to transition to Salesforce, as we had multiple teams needing to access records for different reasons. It has much more detailed information keeping, and way better graphing/visualization of data.
