We use our network and universities like USC and UCLA primarily for recruiting, but we use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to keep track of candidates because we can do pretty incredible things with the targeting.

We like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It is the premium version of LinkedIn for sales purposes. It’s very good for finding people, because you can set a few keywords and find people who have those keywords on their profile. You can filter by sector and region. It’s also great for developers. For marketing it’s harder to find people via keywords. Referral works better there.
