We’re currently implementing Pardot, which is a Salesforce platform and therefore, fully integrated with our CRM. The onboarding time is quite cumbersome, but we anticipate it saving significant time on the backend and are confident it’s a platform we can grow with for the foreseeable future.

We switched over to Salesforce for our CRM 3 months ago and along with that we took Pardot. Previously we used MailChimp. Pardot is a more complete marketing funnel tool that allows you to send different messages for different stages in the sales funnel so it’s definitely more complex.

We use Salesforce's marketing automation system. I’m a former 5-time VP of marketing and was an early adopter of Salesforce. When we built our software we built it on the Salesforce platform so we wanted to make sure we knew all of the Salesforce products well so that we could partner with them.
