All our HR and payroll are done through Partena. It’s an HDP portal where we can very easily create new employees, put in salaries, and do all the administration around it. It’s only in Dutch and French. Their portal is easy to use and they’re doing it pretty well. We have a portal and a dedicated account manager, so whenever something is not clear and we want to change something and I’m too lazy to go to the portal, I can just call her. It’s a unique thing--this combination of tool and human. They could be improved by removing the thousands of buttons and links to make it a little slicker or create an app that does it.
