ProsperWorks is integrated with G Suite, allowing you to take actions directly from your email. You can create contacts, and analyze opportunities. It takes less clicks to do everything.

Insightly is expensive. I would switch to ProsperWorks which does a better job of integrating with the Google suite.

We switched from Salesforce to ProsperWorks. It is three times cheaper and we love it much better. I think that, if your sales team size is up to 10 people, you may not need all the features that Salesforce provides right away. ProsperWorks natively integrates with Gmail and shows you all conversation with specific prospect in one place, without ever the need to BCC. The pipeline is visually better. The Chrome plugin is great as well.
