We use ReadMe for customer facing documentation. It makes the documentation super professional looking and easy to update. We’re very happy with that.

We use ReadMe.io to manage, write, and store all of our public-facing developer documents. It’s our knowledge base for our home buying guide. It’s meant to be used to host code and API docs, but we use it for editing, managing, and templating our developer documents. And everything is published to guide.openlistings.com.

We use ReadMe.io for help documents, and it has a blog feature for feature announcements/updates, but I wouldn’t call it content marketing.
