I use Zapier. I think it's one of my favorite tools because it’s so easy to connect marketing apps and automate workflows.
Senior Manager of Audience Development - Girlboss
We do have a few zaps. 3 Zapier integrations.
Director of Engineering - Amitree
Zapier allows us to sync email lists between MailerLite and Intercom.
Co-founder & CEO - Ubidots
We use Zapier for any kind of automation and communication between different tools.
Co-founder - Flexpat
We use Zapier to plug everything together.
Founder & CEO - Zera
When I begin researching a new tool or software, one of the first things I look for is whether or not it integrates with Zapier. Automating tasks saves us tons of time.
Co-founder & CEO - GMB Fitness
Zapier is awesome but it is difficult to use for the general public.
Founder & CEO - Gaiku
Zapier is going to replace software developers someday. It’s pretty wild.
VP of Technology - Gust
We use Zapier for some minor integrations, nothing complex. But it’s a very cool tool that saves a lot of time!
Co-founder & CEO - Adeva
Zapier is also an integration tool. We link Axosoft and Slack with Zapier. It automatically removes solved bugs from Slack channels.
CEO & Co-founder - Pyze
We use Zapier for data transfer and integration across different tools.
Marketing Director - FreshGrade
We integrate Webflow with Zapier for our users, and we are also heavy users of Zapier internally. I love their offering--it’s all visual, and you don’t have to worry about self-integrating.
Co-founder & CEO - Webflow
We use Zapier to integrate our tools. It’s incredibly useful.
Co-founder - Matchnode
I love Zapier. It saves so many hours in a week.
Co-founder & CEO - Process Street
We use Zapier a lot. We have a lot of zaps between MailChimp and Zoho, and others that come from our own custom system that also go into Zoho.
Co-founder & CEO - Limelight Health
Zapier is getting better and it integrates different apps; you can email from Gmail and copy the attachment to Dropbox.
Founder & CEO - TelecomQuotes
We use Zapier a lot.
Co-founder & CEO - Impact Health
We have a fantastic data engineer who is a master with Excel and Google Spreadsheets. He crunches a bunch of data from our database, Mixpanel, and Stripe and combines everything in Google Spreadsheets and then sends out automated daily, weekly and monthly reports to different teams. We’ve used Zapier in some cases to link different SaaS services and APIs together.
Co-founder & CEO - Nitrous
I try to collect all the things I do and integrate them, and Zapier is a very good tool for this.
Co-founder & CEO - Gorgias
We use Zapier extensively for integrations.
Co-founder - Sutro
We use Zapier for random, weird process flow type things that we want to optimize. We use them to quickly tie together APIs.
Co-founder - FullContact
Zapier is great for integrations.
Co-founder & CEO - Open Listings
Right now, we use Unbounce, Google Sheets, and Zapier to handle customer service. We get lots of patient queries and leads every day, and we capture their information in Unbounce, it gets pushed to Google Sheets, and then an SMS and email are triggered and automatically sent to them. All of the systems are connected via Zapier.
Founder - JustDoc
We’re using a combination of Unbounce, Google Sheets, and Zapier as our CRM. I highly recommend this to smaller, early stage, startups that don’t need an enterprise solution like Salesforce. We get lots of patient queries and leads every day, and we capture their information in Unbounce, it gets pushed to Google Sheets, and then an SMS and email are triggered and automatically sent to them. All of the systems are connected via Zapier. When I found Zapier, it was like I hit the jackpot! It has made everything so easy. Before we found Zapier, we were manually updating information from Unbounce to Google Sheets. Now we have over 100 patients per day, and 200+ leads per day, and manually updating anything would be too cumbersome.
Founder - JustDoc
Zapier automatically adds new SpeakUp subscribers to our MailChimp list, which makes the process so easy. A customer will sign up for the app, and Intercom captures their information. But that doesn’t mean they’re a successful customer. We then take the Intercom database and add all of that information into MailChimp. MailChimp is always the updated repository.
Co-founder & CEO - SpeakUp
We use Zapier for integrations between Salesforce and Slack.
COO - Venture for America
Zapier is a godsend if you’re using lots of different SaaS tools. We use Zapier to get data from a lead form on our website into Pipedrive, and for getting NPS scores from Delighted to Mailchimp or Zendesk.
Head of Marketing - Pipedrive
We use Zapier to connect services. For example, when a lead comes in, an email automatically goes to Base, and a sales person takes it. It connects lots of different parts of our business.
Founder & CEO - Museum Hack
We use Zapier for some automations.
Co-founder & CEO - Rollout.io
I think Zapier is great. It’s one of those tools where, when you start playing around with it, you have a couple of good ideas and then that leads to a couple novelty ideas. There are so many things in your day to day that you get frustrated with, when you wish apps were tied together, and you can use Zapier to create those ties. The amount of bases they have covered is amazing. There are a ton of things we’ve been able to streamline using them.
VP of Product Development - RescueTime
We use Zapier for integrating products, and it’s fantastic. There are so many tools out there where each one does one specific thing, and getting them all connected is huge. We use Zapier to connect Unbounce to Knowtify, and other apps. And we use Zapier to connect JotForm to Knowtify as well.
Founder & CEO - Knowtify
With Zapier, we automate workflows using Smartsheet and other cloud services.
Senior Network Administrator - Smartsheet
We use Zapier for integrating between different platforms.
Managing Director - Impact Hub NYC
One of the places we’ve done the most stuff is with Zapier, especially in terms of integrating Geckoboard and Enplug. We’ve pulled information into Geckoboard, which then goes into Enplug, which then goes up to a TV screen in the office. We have a 30-person sales team, and when someone makes a booking with an agent, it pops up on a TV. It pulls from Salesforce for when a client converts to a new sale as well. And it even keeps people’s calendars updated and pulled onto a screen so you can see what others are doing. It’s fun, and keeps everyone up to date so you know what others are doing.
CMO & EVP of Sales - ExecRank
Zapier allows us to easily integrate things that aren’t already integrated. For example, when a new customer signs up, we have an integration set up to trigger a notification in HipChat. And we’ve set up triggers to send an email when certain events happen in our systems. It is the missing integration solution that we’re glad we found.
Founder - Built for Teams
I live in Zapier. And I want all of our users using it. It’s a good tool for moving data. They have over 500 apps in there, and it’s a really good way for startups at any stage to hook into any of them. It can be powerful, but also know that it has a learning curve. I use Zapier for all of my internal relationship management using Cloze. I have Zapier hooked up to Groove, so tickets from Groove get sent to Cloze. I can move anything in Zapier to Cloze, and anything from Cloze can be moved out of Cloze, via Zapier.
Founder & CMO - Cloze
Zapier is a great tool, and we use it all over the place. For instance, we use it to integrate Trello with Slack, and we’ll do the same when we move to Salesforce. With Zapier, any of the tools we use can be updated with Slack. If you’re a good SaaS product these days, you have an integration with Zapier. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone use any tool that doesn’t integrate with Zapier. If you do, you’re building your platform on tools that won’t collaborate with other systems.
Founder & CEO - Alley
This is the spark that ignites half our data marketing projects. Start with a Zapier, then move to internal code if required. We use it to push Typeform surveys to Help Scout, handle our webinar registrations and even to integrate any third-party tool with Segment.
Head of Growth Marketing (former) - Mention
We use Zapier for task automation. We’ve been using Zapier more and more as we’ve grown. Our whole process is run on Zapier automations, and it is by far the most important thing we use. We have our processes set up to be as automated as possible, so if there are five actions to do, there will be a form set up that will trigger each next step to be submitted and uploaded, automatically. We also use Zapier to smooth out the integration between Slack and Basecamp for to do lists and items to discuss.
Founder & COO - Book In A Box
We use Zapier to build integrations between things like Pipedrive and MailChimp, and even Pipedrive to Pipedrive. It allows us to easily build triggers for things. We’re trying to integrate QuickBooks Online as well, and to unify our various platforms and tools as much as possible.
Vice President of Technology - Golf Genius Software
The enterprise version is great for companies. It may not be necessary for a really tech-heavy startup, but my cutting skills are not particularly strong, so it lets me do some of my own integrations without needing a lot of programming skills.
Founding Partner, Chief Product Officer - Reboot
