About Stacklist

Stacklist is a social curation network where businesses and people build hubs of organized, browsable content from across the internet. Think of it as the place where everything a business publishes, recommends, or wants customers to find lives together, organized by topic instead of buried in feeds.

We work primarily with real estate agents, short-term rental managers, hotels, and hospitality businesses. We just signed a deal to onboard 200 real estate agents onto the platform, and we need someone who can help us build great hubs at scale.
We're early, growing fast, and backed by angel investors. Small team, real ownership.

The Role

You'll be the person who makes Stacklist hubs look great and feel useful. When a new client signs up, you'll build out their hub: researching their market, creating stacks, finding and adding the right content, writing card descriptions, and making sure every hub is organized, polished, and ready for their customers to browse.

This is detail-oriented, creative work. You'll be researching neighborhoods, restaurants, schools, local attractions, and turning that research into well-organized collections that make businesses look like trusted local experts. The quality of what you build is what clients see first, so it matters.

You'll work alongside the Concierge Lead, who owns the client relationship and sets content strategy. Your job is execution: building profiles, creating stacks, writing card descriptions, seeding content, and keeping each client build on track.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Build out client hubs from scratch: research their area, create stacks by topic, add cards with descriptions, photos, and links
  • Create and organize content for real estate agents, short-term rental managers, and hospitality businesses
  • Evaluate a client's existing content, online presence, and local market to determine what stacks and cards should go into their hub
  • Manage your own queue of client hub builds, track progress, flag blockers, and keep builds moving on schedule
  • Research local businesses, neighborhoods, attractions, and services to populate stacks with genuinely useful recommendations
  • Write clear, helpful card descriptions and notes that add context beyond just a link
  • Maintain and update existing hubs: refresh stale content, add new cards, reorganize stacks as needed
  • Seed content on platforms like Reddit, forums, and social channels to drive visibility to client hubs
  • Follow templates and processes for hub setup, and help improve those processes as you learn what works
  • Help handle onboarding volume as we scale, starting with a 200-agent deployment

Who This Is For

  • You're detail-oriented and take pride in the quality of your work
  • You have good taste: you can tell the difference between a sloppy collection and a well-curated one
  • You can look at a business and quickly figure out what content would make their hub genuinely useful to their customers
  • You're a strong researcher: you can quickly learn about a new city, neighborhood, or industry and find the best content to feature
  • You're a solid writer in English: clear, helpful descriptions that sound natural, not robotic or generic
  • You're comfortable working independently and managing your own time across multiple client projects
  • You enjoy the rhythm of building and organizing: this role is about consistent, high-quality output day after day
  • You're interested in startups and want to grow with a small team

Who This Is NOT For

  • Someone who needs constant direction on every task
  • Someone who rushes through work to check boxes rather than caring about the result
  • Someone who isn't comfortable writing in English at a professional level
  • Someone looking for a client-facing or sales-oriented role (this is behind-the-scenes work)
  • Someone looking for a client relationship ownership role (this role executes hub builds alongside a concierge lead who manages the client relationship)

How to Apply

We don't review resumes. Instead, here's what we'd like to see:

🪧 ☝️1. Sign up for Stacklist at stacklist.app/login

🤔 2. Imagine you already have this job. A new client just signed up: they're a real estate agent in Scottsdale, Arizona who specializes in helping families relocate. Build out their hub with 2-3 stacks that would be useful for their clients (think: neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, things to do).

📺3. Record a 3-5 minute Loom video walking us through what you built, why you organized it the way you did, and what you'd do next if this were a real client.

📥 4. Submit your Loom link and Stacklist profile link using the form here:

Show us your research skills, your taste, and your attention to detail.
